Dark dusty molecular clouds about to collapse.
Ever since the first star ignited our universe, it has flooded our universe with light. when the sufficient amount of matter (mainly Hydrogen and Helium gas) gravitates into a single, compact object, Nuclear fission takes place inside the core giving rise to a True star.
Matter of cloud:
it all begins with a cloud of gas. inter-molecular cloud contains gravitational force, there are always a few regions where the density of cloud is denser than others. Every other particle in the cloud tries luck to attract more towards it, But the over dense regions attract matter efficiently. As gravitation is a runaway process, the more matter they attract, the faster the matter accelerates to join.
Time to Twinkle:
It takes millions of years for a cloud (molecular) from large diffused state to a collapsed dense one, this process of collapsed state of dense gas to new cluster of stars where the densest region ignite fusion on their cores takes only a few hundred years.
stars come in huge variety of colors.brightness and masses, they all are destined from the cloud molecules. When we see group of stars, the easiest one to notice are the brightest ones which are also massive. They are the brightest, bluest, hottest star in existence with hundred or thousand times massive than the Sun with huge luminosity.

Awesome....Keep up your good work:)
